Java Software Engineer

Job Title: CrowdTwist - Ember LeadLocation: San Francisco, CA, OR Pittsburgh, PA (Remote)Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Crowdtwist projects.Utilize technologies such as Handlebars, Ember Data, Glimmer, Node.js, Babel, Webpack, CSS preprocessors (Sass or Less), and testing libraries (Mocha, QUnit).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance optimization.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.Implement CICD pipelines using Bamboo and Bitbucket.Write technical stories and design documentation.Qualifications:Proven expertise in Java development, with a strong focus on Spring Boot.Hands-on experience with Google Cloud services (PubSub, Cloud SQL).Familiarity with RabbitMQPubsub and transactional databases.Proficient in Gradle for project -depth knowledge of SonarQube for code quality analysis.Strong background in Test-Driven Development (TDD) with unit and contract testing.Extensive experience in API development.Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana and Newrelic.Excellent communication skills.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in Java development.
