Then this opportunity could be the right fit for pensation:Competitive Salary, Full time, Full BenefitsResponsibilities:Map and analyze processes and identify ways to reduce waste, improve work flow, and otherwise increase efficiency.Develop strategies and plans to ensure the sustainability of improvements.Document processes, instructions, recommendations, and key metrics.Analyze equipment and safety specifications to provide recommendations.Oversee transitions, upgrades, and shifts in job structure, including defining and tracking performance metrics.Confer with other departments to determine progress of work and completion pile reports on costs and inventory levels.Review and communicate production status reports.Serve as point of contact between production and planning teams.Examine manufacturing and production processes to identify areas for improvement.Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.Develop and maintain process documentation to support process improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing or Engineering.Minimum Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.Plastic Injection Molding Expertise within the plastics industry.DMAIC and PDCA Execute process improvement processes, perform root cause analysis, and create detailed reports about improvement issues.Strong leader in applying engineering fundamentals, new product development, evaluating data, managing results and recommending design concepts.Ask for Executive Search is a search firm specializing in Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal and Pharmaceutical positions.
