This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the entire lifecycle of packaging projects, from concept to launch, while honing your skills in product design, project management, and sustainable packaging.What You'll Do:Lead the design of new product lines from idea sketching to final CAD drawing.Manage timelines for packaging development, ensuring all launch milestones are met.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, quality assurance, sales) to deliver high-quality products that meet functional, aesthetic, and cost requirements.Build and contribute to product cost calculations, pricing models, and financial analysis.Partner with customers and suppliers to understand requirements, participate in Factory Acceptance Tests, and address root cause investigations.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and drive operational efficiency.Stay informed on sustainable packaging materials and regulatory requirements.What We're Looking For:A bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.Willingness to learn and apply financial concepts like product costing and P&L analysis.Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD and 3D printing; experience with KeyShot Suite is a plus.Basic knowledge of SAP, sales processes, and CRM systems is a bonus.Understanding of injection molding, thermoforming packaging processes, and eco-friendly materials is desirable.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.Why Join Greiner Packaging?At Greiner Packaging, we're committed to innovation, sustainability, and the development of our employees.
