Compensation starts at $25.00 to $30.00hour. Post the evaluation period, an extensive benefits program is available.Key Responsibilities:Assist supervisors and management with regulatory compliance tasksSupport the development and management of safety initiativesManage the safety and compliance training programProvide support for workers' compensation claimsDevelop strategies to address workforce safety and compliance challengesPerform general human resources-related tasksRequirements:At least two years of related experienceProfessional in Human Resources designation is a benefitKnowledge of California labor lawEffective at building rapport and relationships at different levels and across departmentsSkilled communicatorBachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software
