FSLA Classification Exempt Reports toPMO ManagerEssential Job DutiesAct as project lead on a defined set of projects each quarter; clarify scope, success metrics, deliverables, key stakeholders, timeline and budgetDefine project plans and document progress, including resource planning, delegation, dependency and risk managementOwn cross-functional stakeholder engagement and communication; make data-backed recommendations and enable quick and optimal decision makingBe an expert of all processes, obsessed with documentation and organizing easy to follow SOP's and work instructionsIdentify and analyze bottlenecks, help prioritize which ones to address based on business impactExplore and build solutions via enhancements to process or technology, understand and address all upstream and downstream impacts and implicationsStandardize processes then work with technology team to automate as much as possible; scaling volume growth faster than headcountMeasure team operational performance and impact of operational enhancementsDraft business requirements for all tech enhancements and partner with the tech team to refine solutionsLead change management through the rollout of new processes and technology- run UAT, document flowcharts & SOP's, train the team, monitor and motivate adoption by end usersOwn the constant evolution of processes and technology; the opportunities never end!Basic QualificationsCompleted Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business or Industrial EngineeringDetail-oriented and process-mindedAnalytical and data-obsessedCritical thinking and problem-solving abilityStrong verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder managementOrganization and prioritizationOptimistic leadershipPreferred QualificationsDemonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizationsPMP Certificate and experience in a project management or operations consultant roleFamiliarity using enterprise resource planning (ERP) software like D365Preferred Level of ExperienceMinimum of 3-5 years of work experience in operations or similar rolesLocation & CommitmentsFull-time, permanentReport to office HQ in Bellevue, Washington 4 days a week, 1 day work from homeBenefitsWe offer competitive benefits: 2 medical plan offerings with generous employer contributions, 100% employer paid dental, and vision for employees, a 401k with company match, free parking options, and paid holidays, vacation & sick time!Physical DemandsMust be able to remain in a stationary position.
