The company specializes in the development and construction of Class-A industrial and multifamily properties nationwide. Currently, our client has 10+ projects in its industrial pipeline, with several under construction, and is actively pursuing many more.The Site Development Associate will report to the Regional Development Partner and be part of the team responsible for assessing the viability of new development sites, due diligence on land acquisitions and land use approvals & entitlements.Ideal candidate will have recent experience with a civil engineering firm.About the Company:Stable position that offers classic work-day schedule (9am-5pm) with most days spent in Bethesda HQInstitutionally funded projects, all local to the Mid-AtlanticMultiple projects under constructionFirm is poised to continue to expand their industrial platformPosition Requirements:5+ years of relevant experience, industrial real estate preferredExperience with civil engineering firm, focused on industrialself-storagedata centers a plusStrong initiative and effective organizational skillsCreative and enthusiastic approach to solving issuesBSMS in civil or environmental engineering, architecture, planning, urban planning preferredProfessional Engineer (PE) certification preferred, not required
