With over $4 billion in financing originated, the firm has established itself as a key player in the industry.Responsibilities:Conduct thorough reviews of customer corporate insurance certificates to ensure alignment with lease and loan documentation, company policies, and credit facility requirements.Collaborate with U.S. and international customers, insurance brokers, andor insurance providers to address and resolve any identified deficiencies.Monitor insurance certificate expiration dates and proactively request renewals from customers or insurance vestigate insurance claims and manage the Company's approval process for customer and insurance representative submissions.Serve as the insurance subject matter expert for various internal functions and maintain primary communication with the Company's insurance carrier for guidance and industry updates.Order corporate documents such as articles of incorporation, good standing statuses, and perform suits, liens, and judgment searches, following guidance from deal itiate UCC searches with third-party providers based on deal team instructions.Requirements:BSBA degree or equivalent with at least three (3) years' experience in the leasingfinancial services industry.Working knowledge of lease and loan products and related documentation.
