StepStone Hospitality is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Cranberry Township. Located just 21 miles from Pittsburgh's top attractions"”including the Andy Warhol Museum, PNC Park, and the David L. Lawrence Convention Center"”our hotel offers modern accommodations with exceptional this role, you will work closely with the General Manager, Regional Director of Revenue Management, and Vice President of Sales & Marketing to maximize revenue potential while ensuring an outstanding guest experience.Key Responsibilities:Implement the hotel's sales strategy to achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets.Conduct proactive direct sales and build lasting client relationships.Meet or exceed weekly prospecting, qualification, and solicitation goals.Utilize business tools like Brand database reports and Agency 360 to generate leads.Plan and follow up on client interactions, both in-person and via phone.Provide timely reports and insights to corporate leadership to drive revenue growth.Understand budgeting processes, revenue generation, and promotional strategies.Continuously develop sales and industry expertise through training and education.Qualifications:2+ years of hotel sales experience in a management role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred.Strong skills in financial analysis, communication, and presentations.Familiarity with Demand 360 and Agency 360 is a plus.Passion for networking, customer engagement, and driving business success.Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.At StepStone Hospitality, we are committed to equal opportunity employment and fostering an inclusive workplace.📢 Ready to take your hotel sales career to the next level?
