Job Summary: The Concierge is a pivotal role within the boutique, responsible for providingunparalleled service to clients and ensuring an exceptional experience while showcasing thebrand's heritage and craftsmanship. This position requires a blend of hospitality, productknowledge, and a passion for luxury timepieces.*This is a support role to leadership and sales team.*Key Responsibilities:• Client Engagement: Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm andwelcoming atmosphere.• Personalized Service: Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailoredrecommendations and product demonstrations.• Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Rolex collections, features,and history to effectively communicate the brand's value.• Sales Support: Assist with the sales process, including order placement, follow-up, andpost-purchase support, to ensure a seamless client experience.• Event Coordination: Organize and support boutique events, including private viewingsand VIP gatherings, to enhance client rela)onships.• Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients,encouraging loyalty and repeat visits.• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory management, andensure displays are well-maintained and visually appealing.• Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and insights to help improve serviceofferings and address any concerns promptly.• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the boutique team to maintain a cohesiveenvironment and achieve collective goals.Qualifications:• Experience: Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality is highly desirable.• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the abilityto engage clients and convey information effectively.• Client-Centric Attitude: Strong focus on delivering exceptional service and anticipatingclient needs.• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, particularly in presentation and service delivery.• Passion for Luxury: A genuine interest in luxury timepieces, particularly Rolex, and anunderstanding of luxury retail dynamics.Additional Requirements:• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment.
