Administrative AssistantPride Health is hiring an Administrative Assistant for one of its clients in Minnesota. This is a 13-week contract with the possibility of contract hiring with competitive pay and benefits.Location - Duluth, Minnesota (55805)Length of assignment - 13 weeks (Possibility of contract to hire)Pay range - $22 - $28 per hour. Shift - Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMJob Summary The client is seeking a professional and motivated Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team in a complex office environment. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong multitasking abilities, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and the experience to deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.You will be working within a high-volume office environment that requires a strong focus on professionalism and efficiency.Job DutiesServe as the front desk representative, greeting and assisting visitors professionally and courteously.Manage and prioritize a variety of tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Perform administrative duties, including but not limited to answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client and patient information.Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth operation of the front desk.Provide outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction.Collaborate with colleagues to support office functions and improve workflow efficiency.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED Required.Minimum 2 years of relevant office or administrative experience in a healthcare setting.Strong customer service skills, with an ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).Excellent multitasking abilities with strong organizational skills.Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a busy office setting.
