We are looking for an experienced RF Hardware Engineer willing to perform, learn and grow with our company. We want you to help design and push our current and future products to an even higher level!Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProduct Definition, Design, Verification, and ValidationPCB Schematic Design and SupportNetwork Analysis of CircuitsGenerate documentation to enable FirmwareSoftware teams to enable and test hardware functionalityGenerate and implement product test plansOperate in a team environment to develop COTS solutions designed with the end-user in mind.Generate and maintain Bill of Materials and assembly drawings to support purchasing and manufacturingTesting using laboratory equipment, including Multi-meters, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, RF Signal Generators, and moreRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.5+ years of experience Designing, Building, andor Modeling RF Circuits andor Associated Signal Processing Hardware. (1-10GHz required, 10GHz+ desired)Experience with high speed (5GSps+) ADC and DAC circuits, including signal conditioning and low phase noise clock distribution techniquesExperience with RF Measurement Equipment (Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, Signal Generators, etc)Experience with General Electronics Measurement Equipment (Oscilloscopes, Multi-meters, etc)Experience with grounding and shielding techniquesAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with other design teams including HW, SW, FW, Mechanical, Purchasing and ManufacturingAbility to effectively communicate and present designs to customersHas received, or is willing to receive, a government-mandated vaccineU.S. CitizenshipBenefits:Medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance, with 100% of all insurance premiums paid for by Annapolis Micro SystemsLife and long term disability insurance, with 100% of all insurance premiums paid for by Annapolis Micro Systems401(k) planFlex Time2 accrued weeks of paid sick leave2 accrued weeks of paid vacation leave8 fixed paid holidays and 2 paid floating holidays
