DescriptionPine Ridge Advisers, a multi-family office based in New York City, is seeking a full-time executivepersonal assistant for one of its clients, an executive in the tech industry with a family who is seeking help with day-to-day tasks. This is a role for a candidate who has strategic thinking and the necessary follow through to grow with the principal as the scope of the role expands. The assistant will work closely with the principal to learn to anticipate his preferences in order to properly supervise and implement processes that are coherent with his expectations. The role is based in Greenwich, Connecticut, with a satellite office in NYC. ResponsibilitiesProvide an effective interface between the principal and all internal and external partiesDeliver a full range of high-level administrative support including forward-thinking strategic calendar management for both business and personal matters, household management, and provide updates and documentation as necessary and requestedManage international and domestic travel requests including research and negotiation to create detailed itineraries and working in close liaison with a travel agent to ensure all aspects of travel meet the family's standards and preferencesOverseeing and preparing the family's vacation homes prior to their arrivalResearch and educate yourself and principal on various topics in order to assist in deliberate and meaningful decision makingAssist with gift givingProcess, circulate, and respond to incoming mail, phone calls and inquiriesPersonal shopping, executing special requests, errands, and related dutiesCoordinate and communicate regularly with family members, domestic staff and family officeDevelop and recommend procedures and systems that will most effectively meet the principal's objectivesUtilize available resources to maximize efficient and achieve your own work-life balanceRepresent the principal with honor and integrityQualificationsBachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university5-7+ years of relevant work experienceDemonstrated experience in maintaining the confidentiality, safety, security, and privacy of a discreet employerExcellent communication and presentation skillsPainstaking attention to detail Process oriented problem-solving skills and ability to find effective solutions for a variety of potential issuesSuperb organization skills and the ability to multitask efficiently BenefitsPTO Salary dependent upon experienceAnnual discretionary bonusHealth insurance and other benefits through payroll provider401k with employer matchingSalary $125,000 to $175,000
