QC Lab Technician

Duration: 09 Months Contract1st SHIFT - 8:30am-5pm preferred could be flex within 30 minutes (start time between 8 and 9 but 8:30 preferred)OverviewSummary: Tech role, preparing solutions for analyst; maintain a cleanorderly lab, clean concise documentation, data entryJob Description:Conduct sampling andor testing of incoming materials, finished product, micro, andor participate in the additional support activities to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies' requirements and company standards.Key responsibilitiesDevelops knowledge of functional area policies and procedures, and performs routine analytical testing andor sampling functions in at least one QC laboratory.Develops an understanding of applicable, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements, laboratory processes and procedures, utilization of good documentation practices (GDPs) and other regulatory authority requirements.Maintains all training requirements for assigned tasks.Develops operational proficiency using analytical techniques and instrumentation tosupport sampling andor testing for applicable products and incoming materials.Works independently andor in a team environment to meet or exceed established objectives, applicable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Quality PerformanceIndicators (QPIs).Understands established internal and external customer expectations and maintains effective communication pathways.Contributes to projects as assigned and participates in continuous improvement efforts.EHS Responsibilities - All AssociatesKnow, understand and comply with all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS)Experience:Some prior lab experience is preferredPrior cGMP and basic science background (microbiology, biology, andor chemistry)Experience in an education setting is suitable - great opportunity for recent grads - does not need to be OTJ experience to qualifyGuidelinesReport unsafe conditionsReport all injuries, illnesses and hazardous materials releasesWear personal protective equipmentAttend EHS training programsFollow all safe work proceduresQuality Responsibilities - All Associates:Adhere to all Quality Compliance standards (Data Integrity, QA, and QC, etc.)Adhere to QMS policy and regulatory requirements.About US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
