Maintenance Manager

Employment Type: Full-timeAvailable Positions: 1Location: On-SiteApplication Deadline: January 7th, 2024Summary The Maintenance Manager oversees the maintenance operations of our extrusion and fabrication equipment.Key Activities Maintenance Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all PVC conduit extrusion equipment maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to extend equipment life and improve reliability.Troubleshooting and Repairs: Promptly and effectively diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues with extrusion machinery.Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and ventory Management: Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring critical components are available when needed and maintaining accurate pliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance equipment performance and reduce costs.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repair histories.Preferred Skills Strong knowledge of extrusion machinery, mechanical systems, electrical systems, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems.Proven ability to lead and develop a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Educations & Experience Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in PVC conduit extrusion.Are you looking for your next opportunity?
