We have three positions open:Regional Account Manager - Mid-WestRegional Account Manager - Rocky MountainRegional Account Manager - Northwest NW CanadaWe are looking for an enterprising, self-starting individual to join our company as a Regional Sales Representative. As part of our team, you recognize and cultivate potential sales leads, travel to meet with prospective clients, and endeavor to transform one-off sales into lasting beneficial relationships. You will build relationships with existing and potential customers. You use your skills in deal closing, direct sales, B2B sales, and niche marketing to demonstrate to leads just our products can benefit their bottom line. Duties and ResponsibilitiesTravel within your territory to meet clients Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, and how they can benefit our customersManage and track sales and progress in customer relationship management softwareTracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metricsBuilding pipelines with channel partners and team members to close salesMaintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client informationSupport customers after initial sales to ensure satisfaction and realize opportunities for further sales Requirements and QualificationsA self-starting personality with a spirit of entrepreneurshipPrior experience in sales, particularly in a B2B environmentExperience with common customer relationship management software and platformsUnderstanding of common sales techniques and theory, including sales funnelPersuasive and goal-orientedPossesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanorEager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territoriesSelf-motivated and self-directedAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyIn-depth understanding of company services and it's position in the industryCollege Degree or Commiserate ExperienceTravel - 60%-80%+3 years of documented success
