Process Engineer

We are looking for a Process Engineer for one of our clients. This is a new position that reports to the Director of Manufacturing. This is an on site position with 90% of your time being spent at two locations in Long Island, NY. Job Description: Analyze machine performance data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.Develop and implement strategies to maximize machine utilization and improve run rates.Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is operating at peak performance and perform troubleshooting as needed.Conduct regular reviews of machine settings and parameters to maintain optimal operation.Evaluate and refine manufacturing processes to enhance overall productivity.Monitor production metrics, including output rates, downtime, and yield, and implement improvements based on data insights.Identify and execute opportunities to enhance machine reliability through equipment upgrades or modifications..Work cross-functionally with production, quality, and maintenance teams to align on operational goals.Ensure all processes and machine operations meet regulatory and safety standards.RequirementsBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in process engineering focusing on equipment performance.
