This role involves leading a team of 17, including 6-8 mechanics, ensuring efficient dispatch, driving cultural improvements, and enforcing accountability.What You NeedMust-Have: Experience managing large teams in mechanicalservice industries, strong logisticsdispatching skills (DOT, equipment shipments), cost control expertise, and the ability to drive cultural change.
