Investor Relations Associate

COMPANY DESCRIPTION:Our client is a well known multi-billion dollar private equity fund. The firm works in the office in SF 5 days per week. JOB DESCRIPTION:Our client seeks an Investor Relations Associate to join the team. Job responsibilities include:-Work with the firm's Head of Investor Relations to service existing investors and support the fundraising process-Distribute marketing and research materials to existing and prospective investors-Develop a strong understanding of the firm's portfolio companies and craft new investment and exit announcements-This is a 2 year programJOB REQUIREMENTS:-At least 2 years of experience working in investment banking, management consulting andor investor relations at a private equity fund placement agent-Strong undergraduate track record from a top institution-Exceptional technical skills: CRM platforms, data room platforms and consultantthird party databases-Outstanding communication skills-Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
