Position: Sales ExecutiveJob Description:The Sales Executive is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to identify and secure new customers for air and ocean importexport shipments, along with custom brokerage services. This role requires a proactive sales approach to build relationships, increase business opportunities with existing customers, and generate new leads for the company.Key Responsibilities:Cultivate new and existing customer relationships to develop a strong sales pipelineDevelop and implement action plans to engage leads and close salesIncrease retention and shipment frequency with existing customersIdentify new customer segments and target key customers, in collaboration with the PresidentPartner with Logistics Coordinators to manage the sales process, including project management, tracking open shipments, issue resolution, and overall customer serviceRequired Qualifications:High School DiplomaMinimum of 3 years of experience in sales development and execution with a proven track record of achieving sales goalsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Preferred Qualifications:Undergraduate DegreeExperience in Ocean and Air ImportExport Sales
