Our client is seeking an incredible Executive Assistant to support the C-Suite team. This role will entail core high-touch and strategic Executive Assistant tasks including extensive travel arrangements, calendarscheduling management, meeting logistics, assisting with presentations, serving as a gatekeeper, and ad hoc projects. If you are a driven and motivated candidate looking to support a supportive and compassionate Executive within a strategic partnership role, we would like to hear from you!What you'll do:Support the C Level team on various administrative issues, including calendar management, email communications, travel and executive itineraries, and special projects.Arrange extensive and complex domestic and global travel, including airground transportation, itinerary, and expenses.Provide personal support on an as needed basisOrganize various contact information, client records, data, and reporting; keeping lists and data sets up to date and accurate.Manage meeting logistics, assisting with presentations and materials.Ability to step in to support as the team grows, assisting with operations and plete additional tasks and projects as needed, maintaining knowledge of broader business goalsobjectives.What you'll bring:A minimum of 5+ years of administrative experience as an Executive AssistantExecutive-level support experience in a fast-paced environment, primarily supporting C-Level executivesBachelor's degree is preferred.Driven to maintain the highest standard of support, able to hit the ground running.Excellent problem-solving and time management, comfortable with compartmentalizing pressing deadlines.Outstanding written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and diplomatically across both internal and external contacts.Excellent detail attentiveness, ready to assist as a thought partner and gatekeeper.Salary Range:$120,000 - $130,000You can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
