Agency Business Development

We're a video production agency producing Brand Films, Customer Stories, Commercials and variety of other public facing marketingadvertising content.As we continue to grow our agency and work on updated branding, we are seeking a results-driven business development role to support a sales funnel focused on building new relationships, attracting new projects, and referral-based work.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies for long-lasting working relationships with Direct-To-Brand and Agencies.Utilize CRM, lead generation, email outreach platforms, and similar.Work closely with in-house creatives, marketing org members, creative directors, and agency producers.QualificationsStrong experience and understanding of agency and video production operations.Proven track record of successfully developing business for our (or similar) industry.Results-oriented mindset with a passion for building relationships.Ability to travel for meetings, production days, off-sites, and more.What we offerPerformance-based incentives based on project budgets in addition to a base salary.Health, Dental & Vision benefits.Hybrid work environment with a focus on working remotely unless there is a need to be on-site.A creative and goal-oriented culture that loves developing content and drives results for our clients.We are also open to exploring other structures for this role including: Fractional, Representation, Commision Only, etc...
