Our firm provides all marketing, lead generation, and appointment scheduling, allowing you to focus solely on meeting with clients, developing financial plans, and closing business.Why Join Us?No Prospecting Required - Pre-qualified, pre-scheduled appointments dependent RIA - No broker-dealer affiliations.High-Growth Firm - Strong marketing efforts drive a steady flow of new clients.Retirement Planning Focus - Serve mass-affluent, retirement-aged clients.Proven Process - A structured approach that ensures consistent success.Key Responsibilities:Meet with pre-scheduled, pre-qualified prospective clients provided by the firm.Conduct consultations to assess financial goals, risk tolerance, and retirement planning needs.Develop and present customized financial plans aligned with client objectives.Recommend and implement fee-based AUM solutions and fixed-indexed annuities as core strategies.Close business by effectively communicating the firm's value and guiding clients through the decision-making process.Educate clients on investment strategies, tax-efficient income planning, and asset protection.Maintain and update client records, recommendations, and planning details within CRM and portfolio management systems.Collaborate with internal operations, compliance, and client services teams to ensure smooth account onboarding and management.Stay updated on market trends, regulatory updates, and industry best practices related to retirement planning.Qualifications:Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred.3+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, or similar client-facing financial services role.Proven track record of closing business in a high-volume, appointment-based sales environment.Licensing & Certifications:Must hold Series 65 or be willing to obtain it within a designated timeframe.Life and Health Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain).CFP® or other industry designations are a plus but not required.Skills & Knowledge:Expertise in retirement income planning, investment management, and annuity strategies.Familiarity with fixed-indexed annuities, structured investments, and fee-based advisory platforms.Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, persuasive, and client-friendly manner.Strong sales and closing skills, with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.Proficiency in financial planning software, CRM systems, and portfolio management tools.Other Requirements:Highly coachable and willing to follow the firm's structured fortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a steady flow of client meetings.Must be able to work full-time, in-office at one of the firm's Maine locations.Ready to take your career to the next level?Join Northern Alliance Financial and be part of a firm where your skills in closing business and developing financial plans will be maximized.
