The company's primary expertise includes:Identifying and selecting the world's most skilled managersCombining those managers to construct diversified, actively managed portfoliosSupporting the portfolios with best-in-class risk management and infrastructureJob DescriptionLeader in the Fund Administration team providing middle and back-office support to all of our client's investment funds while also supporting the broader organization. This role will report to the CFO.Fund AccountingDay-to-day oversight of Fund Administration DeptReconcile and review fund fees, expenses, investor activity, and NAVs with the Third-Party Administrator and underlying Trading ManagersManage relationships with internal and external business partners (Service Providers, Trading Managers, and Investors)Review and approval of Investor Statements and performance reportingConsult on and implement new funds and fee structuresOversee and process investment allocations and fund rebalances across a wide structure of investment fundsManage cash movements including margin calls, expense payments, and capital activityOversee and execute FX and currency hedging processOversee and review of annual audited financial statements as prepared by the Third-Party AdministratorOversee and review of annual tax process as prepared by Third Party Tax FirmInternalExternal ReportingReview, approve, and deliver various reports to internal partners and external investors as neededLegal and CompliancePartner with LegalCompliance to review and consult on Fund documentation and other legal documentsPrepare andor review regulatory filings as neededProjectsOtherSeek out and implement process improvements (including adding efficiency andor risk mitigation) through automation or other relevant meansCollaborate on design and implementation of new fund structures and fee calculationsLead ad hoc projects as neededManage, train, and develop staffRequirementsCollege degree (preferably Accounting or Finance)8+ years' experience (preferably in a related role)Previous managerial and leadership experienceExperience with Futures a plusStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office - specifically Excel SQL andor Power BI experience a plusCPA strongly preferred, MBA a plusStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Comfortable in an evolving environment, eager to learn new things, and motivated to implement changeAn ability and commitment to deliver on our client's core and implied values: service, innovation, excellence, character, talent, drive, and collaborationCompensation: $150k-$175k base, plus bonusSE# 510711135
