In this role, you'll play a key part in growing our sales and strengthening customer relationships. Working closely with our Sales Manager, Business Development Representatives, and fellow sales professionals, you'll generate leads, prepare quotes, and sell our innovative aluminum access products and services to both new and existing customers.ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers to understand their project needs, qualify opportunities, and create and deliver accurate quotations.Analyze past projects to identify key decision-makers (e.g., architecture firms, engineering firms, school districts) and re-market effectively by updating and categorizing contacts in Copper CRM.Identify high-potential existing customers, categorize them strategically, and collaborate with marketing to strengthen relationships.Assist team members by generating pricing and quotes to support overall sales efforts.Proactively follow up on quoted projects, track quote statuses, and establish follow-up actions to secure deals.Partner with the Project Management team to ensure seamless communication, update quotes as needed, and provide top-tier customer service.Conduct market research to identify and engage potential customers, add them to the CRM, and initiate meaningful conversations.Educate customers on Upside Innovations' product offerings, emphasizing key benefits and guiding them toward the best solutions.Execute outbound sales calls to generate new quoting opportunities and build the sales pipeline.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional sales experience.At least 2 years of sales experience (preferred).Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage, persuade, and build relationships.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Confidence in negotiating and closing sales.Background or knowledge in the construction industry is a plus.
