Associate, Operations Consulting GroupLone Pine Capital LLCPosition Summary:The Operations Consulting Group ("OCG") is a team that provides temporary operational support, on a rotational basis, to various departments throughout Lone Pine's business teams. Such departments will comprise legal & compliance, fund accounting, management company accounting, tax, financial reporting, human resources, valuation, business development, and investor relations. The OCG team is led by the Manager of the Operations Consulting Group, who reports into the Managing Director, Human Resources & Facilities and the Manager, Human Resources & Facilities.This role is partially remote on the following designated days:Every Friday from the first business day in September following Labor Day through the week preceding Memorial DayEvery Thursday and Friday from the week of Memorial Day through and including the first Friday in September preceding Labor DayThe week that the Fourth of July holiday is celebratedFrom the Monday before the Thanksgiving holiday is observed, through and including the Friday of that weekFrom December 26 through and including January 1Responsibilities:The Associate role will rotate through various operational departments, each for an assigned period of time ranging from several weeks to six months. When working within a specified department, the Associate will be responsible for providing support to its team, as directed by that department's managers. Examples of the Associate's work may comprise assistance with projects, work on new initiatives, and coverage for employees out on leave.
