Pharmacy Technician

Adecco is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Licensed Pharmacy Technician to join our team of Licensed Pharmacy technicians at the Jeffersonville site of a national pharmaceutical organization.Must possess an Pharmacy Technician License issued by the Indiana State Board of Pharmacy Pay Rate- The anticipated wage for this position is between $ 19.50 and $19.70Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.Minimum QualificationsMust have an active Indiana Pharmacy Technician LicenseHigh School Diploma or equivalentPrevious pharmacy experienceAble to select and lift objects from shelves and carry to order filling line.Able to consistently carry 20 - 30 lbs. of merchandise short distances and 15 lbs. of merchandise on an extended basis from order filling station to conveyor.Must be able to walk and stand throughout the entire shift.Basic math, reading and writing skills required. Schedule- 2nd Shift - Monday 1pm-11:30pmTuesday - Friday 2pm-11pmSaturday 12pm-8:30pm1. Medication Dispensing:• Prepare and label prescription medications for dispensing.• Measure, count, and package medications according to prescription orders.• Replenish medication in automated cells to full capacity; opening large quantities of bottles andcases of product.• Ensure the proper labeling and instructions for patient use on medication containers.• Maintain an organized and clean dispensing area.2. Inventory Management:• Conduct regular stock rotation to prevent expiration of medications.3.
