Senior Financial Analyst, 100K-115K

Addison Group is partnered with a publicly traded company in the CarroltonCoppell area. This company is in search of a Corporate FP&A Senior that will be heavily involved in budgeting and forecasting. This role will report the the Director of Finance and work closely with executives across the company.This position is hybrid in Carrolton, TX. They are typically in office 3-days per week. This role pays 100K-115K base + bonus.Responsibilities includes:Assist with developing revenue and expense budgets, monthly forecasts financial models and present analytics to support management teamPerform forecast and budget variance analysis in conjunction with the entire Finance teamManage financial and operational ad-hoc reporting and analysisPrepare and review financial variances between ActualBudgetForecast financial resultsProvide support on the monthly close process, including review of variance analyses, key trends, and performance metricsLead the planning, coordination and consolidation of corporate budgetforecast as needed by the businessContinuously analyze revenue and expense drivers to incorporate trends into financial forecastsRequirements:Bachelors in Finance or business related degree3-6 years of FP&A experience; preferably with publicly traded companiesAbility to communicate and cross functionally partner with various other departments.
