Responsibilities:Collect, organize, and pull various legal documents from offsite storage.Ensure documents are in electronic database and records are completeOrganizing and scanning documents into document management system. Qualifications:Bachelors degree strongly preferred.Paralegal Certification preferred.2 years of related corporate law experience supporting Legal Executives and Managers2 years of experience in project coordinationExperience with paper and electronic document management related to closing bibles and corporate documents.Ability to lift and move boxes of files.Multi-entity and global industry experience is strongly preferred.Salary:$35- $38 per hour
