The firm fosters a tight-knit, collaborative culture where professionals are empowered to grow, lead, and make a lasting impact.What the Role EntailsProject Leadership & Design ExecutionLead project analysis, site assessments, and zoning ordinance research during early development phases.Oversee design development, schematic planning, and construction documentation to ensure alignment with project goals.Direct and contribute to the creation and revision of construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.Conduct quality control reviews, ensuring compliance with building codes and project requirements.Guide the design and development of workforce housing and high-end residential projects, balancing functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics.Collaboration & Team MentorshipFacilitate collaborative design workshops and project kick-off meetings to drive innovative solutions.Work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.Mentor junior architects, providing guidance on detailing, documentation, and best practices.Client & Consultant EngagementDevelop and maintain client relationships, ensuring clear communication and successful project execution.Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve field issues and optimize constructability.Serve as a primary point of contact for construction administration, addressing RFIs and plan modifications.What You Will Bring6+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with a strong ability to develop and direct construction documents.Deep understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and entitlement processes.Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and design excellence.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively.A bachelor's degree in architecture is preferred; AIA or NCARB licensure pursuit is a plus.
