Tentative shift schedule is 8am - 4pm including weekend work (Saturday-WednesdayTuesday-SaturdaySunday-Thursday).MUST have at least one year of experience in cleaning facilitiesclean rooms utilizing GMP standardsHS Diploma or GEDWork Location: Libertyville IllinoisPay: $19-20hour W2The primary focus of the Manufacturing Technician role will be the cleaning and sanitization of the Manufacturing Facility, Warehouse, and any other areas or satellite facilities designated by managementWill be responsible for proper GDP documentation of these cleanings, and responsible for completing all trainings necessary to remain in compliance with company policies and SOPsWill be responsible as a part of a select team to perform the daily cleaning and sanitization of facilities and equipment according to SOPsAssist in staging of materials for MFG processesPerform proper cleaning techniques per SOP such as vacuuming, trash disposal, wiping of equipment, and mopping of walls, ceilings and floorsResponsible for the operation and maintenance of all cleaning equipmentResponsible for the preparation of cleaningsanitization solutions and cleaning materials to specifications outlined in SOPsAccurately documents solution preparation and cleaning activities in logbooks in accordance to Good Documentation Practices (GDPs), and company SOPsWorks on routine manufacturing cleaning and sanitization assignments per written procedures, where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is requiredAdheres to Good Manufacturing Practices and standard operating proceduresCompletes work instructions and maintains clean room environment to comply with regulatory requirementsTrains for proficiency in process systems (i.e. Oracle interfaces) and some supporting business systemsAssists in maintaining material and components inventory level
