SummaryOur client is seeking a motivated Commercial Property Manager to oversee and expand a diverse portfolio of properties in the Upstate South Carolina region. This position comes with a competitive salary, bonus potential, and benefits package.Responsibilities:Manage work order requests from tenants.Act as the liaison between tenants, ownership and municate and provide reporting to ownershipasset managers.Ensure properties are maintained in the management system.Source quotes from vendors and ensure timely completion and quality of work on all work orders.Manage existing vendor and subcontractor relationships.Source and sign-up new vendors and subcontractors.Make routine visits to managed properties to perform visual inspections.Work with Brokers to facilitate showings for vacant spaces.Read and become familiar with leases to differentiate between tenant responsibilities and owner responsibilities.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree preferredAt least 1 year of Commercial Property Management experienceStrong Customer Service backgroundPrevious experience with property management softwareStrong time management and scheduling backgroundCommunication SkillsVendor ManagementProficient in MS Office Products
