The Foundry Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the casting processes, ensuring quality control, optimizing production efficiency, designing tooling, gating systems, and collaborating with the production team. This role is located in Winona, MN.QualificationsStrong knowledge of casting processes and metallurgyKnowledge of all of the following software programs: MAGAM, SolidWorks, CAD, PolyWorksExperience with designing patterns tool, gating systems, & core boxes.Experience in quality control and process optimizationAbility to collaborate effectively with a production teamProblem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyBachelor's degree in Engineering or 5+ years experience in related fieldKnowledge of safety protocols and regulations in foundry operations
