Your responsibilities will include:Providing accurate and competitive project cost estimates, including material, labor, and equipment costs.Reading and interpreting blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.Conducting site visits and performing takeoffs to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.Working closely with vendors to obtain pricing for materials and equipment.Preparing and presenting detailed cost proposals to clients.Managing and tracking project budgets throughout the project lifecycle.Utilizing project management software to monitor progress and identify potential issues.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.3+ years of experience in a heavy manufacturingconstruction environment.Proven experience in estimating and project cost analysis.Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and industry best practices.Additional SkillsKnowledge (Preferred):Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).Technical background with a strong understanding of large mechanical systems.
