Make an impact that matters.Apply now and embark on a journey of growth, fulfillment, and excellence in client relations!Location: WFH in Malvern, PA***Remote but needs to be local to Malvern, PAShift: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM EST.***Training: 8:30AM - 5:00PM Monday-FridayPay Rate: $23hour What you will be doing:Processing client transaction requests and reviewing transactions for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to all internal and external regulations.Partnering with Associates in working through complex processing issues to ensure timely completion.Developing a working knowledge of Company's processing systems, group policies and municating with clients through outbound calls and written correspondence to clarify incomplete or invalid paperwork.Understanding and complying with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) guidelines, and Company's internal policies regarding client contact.Maintaining department standards for quality and productivity.Meeting with Manager to discuss performance, business trends and issues impacting the Processing team.Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.The right candidate will have:3 years of Financial, Insurance or related work experienceBusiness related degree andor experience highly preferred Data entry skills with a strong attention to detail Strong client focus and ability to develop relationships with internal and external fortable working in high volume situations with time constraints.Strong problem resolution and time management skills.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PCs.
