The firm is committed to delivering exceptional returns to its investors through strategic investments and innovative asset management.Position Overview: The Acquisition Associate will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and executing real estate investment opportunities. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of real estate markets, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.Key Responsibilities:Investment Underwriting: Conducts detailed financial analysis and underwriting of potential acquisition opportunities, including cash flow projections, risk assessment, and return analysis.Market Research: Performs comprehensive market, economic, and demographic research to evaluate potential investment markets and competitive properties.Due Diligence: Manages the due diligence process, including site inspections, reviewing third-party reports, and coordinating with legal and financial advisors.Deal Sourcing: Develops and maintains relationships with brokers, property owners, and other market participants to source new investment vestment Committee Presentations: Prepares and presents investment memoranda and other materials to the investment committee for review and approval.Transaction Management: Assists in the negotiation and execution of purchase and sale agreements, financing arrangements, and other transaction-related documents.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field.Experience: 2-4 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or a related field. Experience with multifamily assets is preferred.Skills:Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills, particularly in Excel.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in ARGUS and other real estate software is a plus
