The Sales Research Associate will identify new sales opportunities through proactive lead and account research by sourcing potential clients, qualifying leads via high-volume phone and email outreach. This positions incumbent will work closely with the sales team to route qualified leads, assist with territory mapping, and ensure the accuracy of CRM data entry and management.
