501465 Airworthiness AnalystWork Location: Huntsville, ALSchedule: Full TimeRelocation: NegotiableIronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Airworthiness Analyst located in Huntsville, AL to provide technical support for a Redstone Arsenal customer. The work performed will focus on UHHH"‘60 airworthiness reviews and evaluations involving aircraft modifications and qualification of new systems. Candidate will have a solid technical background in UHHH-60 maintenance, operations and program support. Candidates should be highly motivated, a self-starter, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance. Position has in-person work requirements in Huntsville, AL.Education and General Experience: Bachelor's degree and 12 years of direct experience or High School and 16 years of direct experience is required. Critical requirements for this position include a strong work ethic, effective written and verbal communication, the ability to work well with others, and a strong desire to acquire new skills. Strong candidates will also have the following:Two years of previous experience in a leadership capacity.Thorough understanding of UH-60ALM systems and the individual components within the systems, aircraft repairs, and maintenance program support.Solid background and experience with UHHH-60 maintenance procedures and requirements, forms and records, and technical publications.Understanding and experience with the Army Aviation airworthiness qualification process is a plusGood proficiency with Microsoft Office productsBe able to travel up to 10% Job Duties: Provide technical support for systems engineering and airworthiness qualification processes that include requirements development, item specifications, configuration management, and data management.Identify applicable airworthiness requirements for assigned efforts related to Environmental, Electrical Power Quality, Structural, Electromagnetic Interference, Human Factors, Flight Controls, and Propulsion.Attend technical meetings to gather information, communicate data and testing requirements, identify potential issues, recommend solutions, and provide insights regarding airworthiness qualification processes and procedures as necessary.Review component and system-level analytical reports, recommending approval or disapproval.Solicit and coordinate written input from multiple technical perspectives for airworthiness qualification efforts and build a comprehensive response to the customer with findings, issues, and potential resolutions.Manage and track progress of multiple taskings in computer database and provide updated status as requested.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership.
