The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our online store, driving sales growth, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role requires an analytical thinker with hands-on experience in eCommerce management, digital marketing, and customer engagement.WHO YOU ARE & WHAT YOU DO: Shopify Management: Oversee the daily operations of our Shopify store, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing to maximize sales and profitability. Implement and maintain Shopify apps and integrations to enhance functionality and user experience. Monitor site analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.Coordinate email marketing campaigns with the team: Using Klaviyo to engage customers and boost retentionUtilize SMS tools: To enhance the customer engagement and drive salesManage copy writing: Ensure brand voice is consistent to resonate with our varied target audiences.Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform improvements.Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify and implement strategies to increase online sales and average order value. Monitor sales trends and develop action plans to address any issues orTeam Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on eCommerce performance and initiatives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing an eCommerce platform, with a focus on Shopify.Proven history of driving online sales growth and improving customer experience.Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.Deep understanding of Marketing Metrics and KPI's.
