Join our innovative team and play a vital role in a patient's journey toward healing by ensuring accurate, timely results that drive better this role, you will:Manage all expansion sites in your respective region - East Region: Suffolk County sites.Participates in strategic planning of new sites and clinical layoutManages Lead Technologists and holds weekly meetings for clinical operationsManage all clinical CT and X-Ray staff day-to-day operationsCT & X-Ray scheduling - sick calls, PTO, site coverage, weekend coverage, holiday coverage, etc.Daily billing audit and rolling queries pointInventory management and keep accurate supply par levelsPrimary training of new staff and ensure proper sign off, on-boarding and competency documentationOversee protocoling exams at all off-sites (priors, labs, exams, etc.)Participate in hiring process, relationship management between staffManage protocols on all CT and X-Ray machines to ensure continuityProtocol changes and new builds on all CT and X-Ray sitesOversee CT and X-Ray QA program - keeping accurate records for radiation safety, planned maintenance,physicist reports, and monthlydaily QA at all off-sites.Preparation for NYS DOH inspection and onsite for day of inspectionManage radiology registration for all off-sitesOperate CT equipment and perform a wide variety of CT imaging procedures that produce diagnostic imagesutilized to diagnose medical conditions.Demonstrates computer literacy and skills with the proficient use of PACs and RIS systems and other systems asrequired.Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in radiation safety, contrast administration, cross-sectional anatomy,pathology, medical terminology and critical thinking.Adhere to all site specific guidelines, protocols and policies outlined by organization..Adhere to patient confidentiality policies and HIPAA guidelines.Maintain a clean and neat work environment at all times.Ability to work well independently and troubleshoot municates in a positive and timely manner with co-workers, physicians, patients, and visitors.Ensure compliance with NYSDOH and Federal regulations.We require:Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.At least two years of CT experience, required. GE CT experience is a plus.American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Registered Technologist (R.T.), required.New York State Department of Health licensure as a Radiologic Technologist with certification to inject IV contrast, required.Maintain BLS certification, required.Leadership experience in a hospital or health care facility, health care planning, financial planning, operations and analysis and implementation in an administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity (preferred).CT Certification, ARRT (preferred).Excellent technical skills: Radiology Systems, Microsoft office, Google platform, Email.Ability to communicate effectively with superiors, colleagues and staff.Must be able to travel to all east region sites.What we offer:Hourly rate up to $75hrBenefits: Tuition reimbursement, Health Insurance on day 1, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short- and Long-term disability, 401k Plan, generous PTO, 8 paid holidays (2 floating), and more.Assistant Director of CT, for immediate consideration please apply!
