This includes routine facility maintenance and project management for installations and renovations related to facilities and production machinery.Additional duties include and are not limited to the following:Oversee and lead a team of 2 maintenance techniciansPerform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipmentTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair machinery as incidents occurMaintain maintenance logs, documenting all actions for each piece of equipmentMaintain tool room to ensure availability of tools, equipment, and supplies needed to perform maintenance functionsPerform routine facility maintenance Maintain maintenance library of equipment manuals, drawings, and facility mechanicalsImplement improvements related to parts, machinery, processes, quality, and safetyPurchase and research production equipment, coordinating the purchase, delivery, and installation for both in house and outside customersOEM suppliersPick up parts and supplies off site as needed.Schedule facility inspections related to fire systems, backflow, and utilitiesMaintain inspection recordsObtain price quotes and negotiate pricing from vendors for renovation and facility related projects, coordinating services and creating purchase order requestsOversee and supervise projectssubcontractors performing repairs on equipment and facilityOther duties as assigned related to maintenanceLEVEL OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, preventative maintenance, and facility maintenanceKnowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, PLC, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and plumbingKnowledge of lock out tag out proceduresBackground in machine control systems, relay logic, PLC logic, HMI interfaces, and motor drivesAbility to read machine schematics, blueprints, mechanical drawings, and troubleshooting manualsAbility to use precision measuring toolsPrevious experience with gas fired industrial ovens, thermal oxidizers, static control systems, conveyance systems, and LFL systems is a plus! Must be able to operate a forklift and perform physical actions such as bending and climbing laddersPrevious experience in supervising and leading a teamExcellent documentation and communication skillsProficiency in contract negotiations, vetting vendors, obtaining price quotes, and overseeing projectsProficiency in Microsoft Office and CADAbility to travel off-site and out of state as neededValid driver's license WHY WORK WITH GOODWILL TALENTBRIDGEMAKE NO MISTAKE.
