Apply today for immediate consideration.Hourly Pay: $17 to $20 W2Location: Gresham, OR (Onsite)Duration: 03-06 Months Contract until Aug 2026OverviewDescription:Responsible for thoroughly examining commercial loan documents, verifying the accuracy and completeness of all documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, and identifying any potential risks or discrepancies within loan packages, ultimately safeguarding the portfolio by maintaining high quality loan standards.Basic Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Six to eight years of relevant experiencePreferred SkillsExperience:Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases.Thorough knowledge of legal documents used to support applicable loanlease processing.Ability to apply critical thinking for all elements of loan documentation.Ability to master the bank's documentation prehensive knowledge of closing policies and procedures, funding policies, underwriting requirements, governmental and agency requirements, terminology, and automated processing prehensive knowledge of applicable credit policies and approval processes for assigned product(s).Ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast paced, high production, professional environment.Strong organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Russell Tobin is a leading minority-owned professional and technical recruitment and staffing advisory organization.
