Position SummaryWe are seeking for someone with a Building background, good personality and proactive candidates, sales motivated, networking relationship building, active association.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGenerating Leads and Sales:Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities, both residential and commercial, through various channels (referrals, online leads, networking, door-to door, etc.).Qualifying and follow-up on leads to converting them into sales.Educate prospective clients about roofing products, services, and solutions to meet their specific needs.Conduct on-site assessments and evaluations of roofs, providing accurate estimates and pricing to clients.Present roofing proposals and ensure they meet client expectations.Client Meetings and Relationship Building:Meet with homeowners, business owners, and property managers to assess roofing needs and provide professional consultations.Build and cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and positive referrals.Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to job completion.Work closely with insurance adjusters to ensure smooth processing of claims, when applicable.Roof Inspections and Estimations:Perform detailed roof inspections to assess the condition and determine necessary repairs or replacements.Accurately measure roof sizes and assess the scope of work required for each project.Provide clients with timely and detailed estimates, including product recommendations, timelines, and cost breakdowns.Managing the Sales Process:Prepare, review, and deliver roofing proposals and contracts to clients.Follow up on proposals to answer any questions and close the sale.Ensure customer satisfaction by managing client expectations and overseeing project timelines and deliverables.Ensure all project documentation, such as contracts, change orders, and permits, is completed accurately and promptly. Project Coordination and Management:Coordinate with the production team and subcontractors to schedule and execute roofing projects in a timely manner.Monitor job progress to ensure work is being completed as promised, on time, and within budget.Oversee quality control to ensure the roofing job meets both the company's and the client's standards.Handle any issues or concerns that arise during the roofing project and work to resolve them quickly.Marketing and Networking:Build and maintain strong relationships with local groups, including insurance agents, real estate agents, property managers, and other influencers in the community.Attending industry events, local networking opportunities, and collaborating with partners to grow the business.Promote the company's roofing services through local advertising, online presence, and community involvement.Sales Goals and Reporting:Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company.Track all sales activity and progress using the company's CRM system.Provide regular updates on sales performance, job status, and any challenges faced to the management team.Stay up to date with industry trends, roofing materials, and techniques to offer the most current solutions to customers.Customer Satisfaction and Follow-up:Ensure all projects are completed to the client's satisfaction and address any concerns after job completion.Perform follow-up calls or visits to clients after the job is completed to ensure satisfaction and address any potential issues.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesBuilding backgroundGood personality and proactive candidatesSales motivatedNetworking relationship building •Active association (will be doing physical jobs like climbing on roofs)
