You will be responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance, managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and leading a team of shop personnel. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with experience in the construction or related industries who thrives in a hands-on leadership role.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day shop operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.Supervise, train, and support a team of shop employees to meet company standards.Oversee the maintenance, repair, and readiness of tools, vehicles, and heavy equipment.Track and manage inventory, ordering tools and parts as necessary.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA standards.Coordinate logistics for equipment and tool delivery to job sites.Maintain a clean, organized, and functional shop environment.QualificationsPrevious experience in shop management, equipment maintenance, or construction operations is essential.Strong knowledge of construction tools, machinery, and safety protocols.Proven leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and communication abilities.Experience with inventory management systems is preferred.Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus but not mandatory.
