Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Rep Payee Specialist in Concord, New Hampshire. Working within the non-profit sector, your main duties will revolve around managing financial transactions, including payments, voids, and refunds, and maintaining a strong relationship with Social Security representatives. Your role will be essential in ensuring accurate and efficient client benefit administration.Excellent benefits and a $1000 sign on bonus for new hires! Responsibilities:• Accurately process payments, voids, and refunds to maintain financial control.• Develop and sustain relationships with Social Security representatives for smooth operations.• Act as a financial advisor to case managers, individuals, and families, providing them with necessary information and support.• Monitor client accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.• Maintain accurate records of client benefits, ensuring all data is up-to-date.• Collaborate with various teams to manage cash flow for individuals.• Utilize your skills in Microsoft Excel, Data Entry, and Customer Service to ensure efficient operation.• Ensure internal controls for financial transactions are upheld and maintained.• Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally.• Handle customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.
