You are excited to join a small team at a fast-paced startup and are always willing to roll up your sleeves.About the RoleWe're looking for a Senior Operations Manager to help build out the new and existing capabilities of our annuities offering. You will collaborate with various teams to design, refine, implement, and manage operational workflows and processes for the insurance agency. You will ensure we deliver best-in-class service to our end clients, RIAs, and carrier partners.Key Responsibilities* Manage insurance agency operations* Design and implement operational workflows for annuity transactions* Collaborate with insurance carriers to understand and meet operational requirements* Foster relationships with key operations contacts at RIA firms and insurance carriers* Track and report key metrics and performance indicatorsMinimum Qualifications* Bachelor's degree* 5+ years of relevant work experience in operations in insurance* Deep knowledge of various annuity products* Proven track record in operations and process improvementPreferred Qualifications* Existing relationships with major insurance carriers andor RIAs* Experience in a startup environmentCompensation* Competitive base salary range: $100,000 - $125,000 plus bonus* Comprehensive benefits package
