JOB SUMMARY The Branch Manager serves as our Local Leader and a peer to the Senior Leadership Team, acting as a business owner responsible for branch sales, execution, and financial performance. Success hinges on strong leadership, team development, and collaboration with other branches regionally and nationally. A steadfast commitment to safety and quality is essential for achieving branch excellence.RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budgetBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, including OSHA, ASME, and DOT standardsMotivate the Branch Team to aim for success metrics in Financials Returns, Safety, Customer Satisfaction & other Key Markers.
