Electrical & Controls EngineerTechnicianIn-plant controls technician role is responsible for supporting electrical and controls engineering. Work within a brand-new plant in the Lebanon area with a company history of success spanning over 100 years! ResponsibilitiesReviewing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting control programs.Assisting engineering team with automation system troubleshooting, supporting new equipment installations, and providing start-up assistance.Managing all technical automation software.Reading and modifying electrical schematics.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.Additional relevant training or certifications (preferred).Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and RockwellSchneider automation systems.Strong computer and networking skills.Knowledge of power distribution systems in a manufacturing environment.Understanding of both line-side and control-side schematics.Proficiency in reading and modifying electrical schematics.Strong technical skills (mechanicalelectrical).Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.Willingness to travel to vendor sites and other company facilities as needed.Preferred: Experience with AutoCAD.Experience with Rockwell and Schneider automation products.Familiarity with networking hardware.PLC, HMI, and VFD programming experience (a plus).Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Familiarity with Rockwell Automation programming pensation:$85,000 - $95,000 per yearExtremely competitive benefits package!Type of Role: Direct Hire About Express Employment Professionals:Express can help you find the type of job that is a perfect fit for your needs and abilities, and you will never pay a fee for our services and support.
