Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.Identify and engage new clients, schedule in-person meetings, and create a proactive prospecting plan.Track and update the sales pipeline in real-time, ensuring accurate data for weekly sales management meetings.Deliver consultative sales presentations to showcase the value of our managed services offerings.Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that meet client requirements.Participating in target-client industry events.Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.Provide outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.Qualifications:2+ years of outside sales experience with a proven record of B2B success, ideally within a professional services industry.Experience selling to industries like Insurance, Community Health Services, or Engineering is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Goal-driven and energetic, with a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.Eager to expand sales skills and industry knowledge as you grow your career.Personable and adept at networking to build meaningful business relationships.A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
