Established in 2007, Truck System Technologies (TST) is the leading provider of tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS), and the industry's first factory installed TPMS in the R.V. industry. Developed to address tire blowouts and safety hazards due to under-inflation and undetected air loss for R.V.'s, TST expanded to include marine, horse, construction and a variety of commercial transport vehicles. Role DescriptionIf you are passionate about sales and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Representative for the TST, located in Elkhart, IN. The Sales Representative will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, customer service, account management, and business development within the designated territory. RESPONSIBILITIES:Identify and engage potential clients, presenting, promoting, and selling products to new and existing customers.Oversee client onboarding to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of company solutions.Foster and maintain strong relationships with current clients.Accurately document sales activities and potential leads using Zoho CRM.Conduct sales presentations, deliver product demonstrations, and training on product usage.Perform quarterly production line audits at RV OEM facilities, including meetings with Purchasing Agents, Plant Managers, Quality Control, and Sales Managers.Collaborate with OEMs and aftermarket distributors to gather quarterly forecast data.Maintain relationships with tire suppliers, including periodic installation audits.Represent the organization at trade shows in various locations.Monitor social media platforms to gather insights into customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities and provide actionable feedback.Coordinate sales efforts with internal teams, other departments, and third-party marketing representatives.Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets.EDUCATION REQUIREMENT(S):Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT(S):Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, focusing on relationship building and client satisfaction.Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within a technical or B2B sales environment.Ability to develop, implement, and adapt strategic sales plans to meet or exceed company goals.Skilled in prospecting, including warm calling and lead generation, to identify and secure new business opportunities.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, fostering trust and long-term client partnerships.Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.Capable of working independently while effectively collaborating within a team-oriented environment.Proficient in using CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho) and productivity tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.Adept at conducting market research and leveraging insights to identify trends and opportunities.Experience in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel up to 40% (locally and out of state) for client meetings, audits, and trade shows as needed.A customer-centric approach with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs and deliver tailored solutions.Familiarity with social media monitoring and digital marketing strategies is a plus.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Due to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR) requirements, all candidates must be presently classified as a "US Person," which includes: a United States citizen, a permanent legal resident (green card holder); or a protected individual (refugeeasylum status).
