Boutique Personal Injury law firm in Stuart, FL is seeking a Pre Suit Paralegal with at least 4+ years of civil litigation experience. This is a well established law firm that's been a piece of the fabric of the Stuart community for over 35 years. Employees come and stay a long time. They offer a quiet office (each Paralegal has their own closed door office), excellent benefits (which are paid for by the firm), and a competitive salary. They also offer bonuses. This role is working alongside a Litigation Paralegal, Pre Suit Paralegals, a Billing Specialist, Receptionist, and Marketing Manager. The hours are 830am to 5pm with an hour for lunch (37.5 hour work week) and the role is fully in person. Overtime is not usually needed but is paid as such. Experience with medical chronologies, FileVine software, MS Outlook and Word, litigation forms, and civil litigation procedures is highly preferred.***candidates outside of the Stuart FL area will be considered for relocation, which the firm can provide***
